Add the seedless dates to the milk
Take the Methi seeds
add to the dates and milk and soak overnight
grind to a fine paste. add 1 tbsp ghee and fry the paste in medium flame till moisture disppears
Add the spice powders.
Remove in a bowl
Let it cool. keep the nut powders ready
Now add the nut powders and a part of roasted khus khus
Mix well with a spatula. spread remaining roasted khus khus on a plate.
Grease your palms and make small laddus .
Roll the ladoos over the khus khus
